Movement is not just a passion for me, it's a way of life. I've dedicated years of my life to studying and practicing yoga, dance, bodywork, and meditation. I love to share the tools and insights I’ve gained by helping others take excellent care of themselves.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced mover, I offer weekly classes in FUNctional Movement and Adaptive Movement that will challenge and inspire you. Through enjoyable, dynamic and engaging movement sequences, I'll teach you how to develop and maintain strength, flexibility, and balance.
I teach care and enjoyment of the body through breath, movement, adapted yoga and body awareness. I will teach you how to take excellent care of your precious body. I am an advocate for all bodies.

Certified in the Trager Method, a movement modality for 10 years.
