I have been training to be a Health Coach for Aging for a long time, and I didn't even know it. Yoga, dance, bodywork and meditation were my passion pursuits. Now they are golden tools for taking excellent care of myself as I age and for teaching other people how to take care of themselves.
Movement is my language. I teach weekly classes in FUNctional Movement for Aging. I provide Prevent Gardening Injury workshops. I teach care and enjoyment of the body through breath, movement, yoga and body awareness. I will teach you how to take excellent care of your precious body. I am an advocate for all bodies.

Studied Tantric Yoga with monks from India for ten years.
Studied Engaged Buddhism with Thich Nhat Hanh for eight years.
Studied, taught and performed Contact Improvisation dance for five years.
Certified in the Trager Method, a movement modality for 10 years.
Have taught Hatha Yoga for 40 years.
Teach FUNctional Movement for Aging classes that incorporate all of the above.
