Do you long to feel more comfortable in your body? Do you want to increase your strength, flexibility, and balance, but don't know where to start? I can help you. Working with me one on one in live, interactive sessions on Zoom will help you set and achieve your goals.
Individual Self-Care Sessions are designed to work with your specific needs, challenges, and strengths. Everybody is unique, which is why it’s important to discuss your goals and create a plan that works for you. It is possible to increase the comfort and ease you feel in your body.
The sessions are live and interactive on Zoom, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home. We'll work together to meet your goals which can include improving your strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as reducing stress and tension in your body.
I am a certified personal trainer with an MS in Health Promotion, a Teaching Yoga to Seniors certification, and extensive experience in Tantric Yoga, Engaged Buddhism, Contact Improvisation dance, and the Trager Method. I am committed to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals.
Three options:
Option 1: One 1-hour session a week for three months - $1200
Option 2: Two 1-hour sessions a week for three months - $2275
Option 3: One 1-hour session - $125
