Do you want to slow down your aging process and stay active for longer? Moving our bodies is essential for developing and maintaining strength, flexibility, and balance.  Believe it or not, lack of movement and poor body mechanics can cause us to age faster than we should. 


That is why I teach FUNctional Movement classes. The classes are designed to help you move in ways that increase body awareness,  strength, flexibility, improve balance and help you release tension. We do adaptive yoga poses lying on our backs. We stand, stretch and balance. We sit and move on exercise balls to increase range of motion and abdominal strength. These movements plus deep breathing will benefit your vitality and your health.


Adaptive Movement classes are designed for people who need the support of chairs to move their bodies. The chairs can also be used to support balance while standing.  With guidance, you'll move in ways that are safe and beneficial for your body and you'll feel better than you do now.
